What is The Green Team?: "The Green Team" is the informal name for the Mahoning County Solid Waste Management District, a county governmental agency under the authority of the Board of Mahoning County Commissioners. The Division is responsible for the implementation of the waste reduction strategies such as recycling, reuse, source reduction, and composting; litter prevention, and related activities as listed in the ratified Solid Waste Plan. The goal is to significantly reduce the solid waste stream in a cost-effective manner.

4. If I have a paid TV service such as cable or satellite, do I need a converter box?: No, you will receive the digitally transmitted signal though your carrier.

5. Do I have to purchase a high definition TV (HDTV)?: No, you need a digital TV which is not always a HDTV, and are less expensive.
