Fax and Email Filings within Domestic Relations Court Journal Entry

The Mahoning County Domestic Relations Court’s hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

"Please find the following seven Ohio Supreme Court Domestic Relations Forms approved through The Ohio Supreme Court Administrative Actions dated June 8, 2020 that removes the necessity of a notarization due to the observance of social distancing and the potential cost for online notarization that requires access to the internet."

The Mahoning County Domestic Relations Court has determined the immediate need for Local Rule 46 with regard to eFiling which is to become available on September 6, 2023, and mandatory effective November 6, 2023.   Therefore, the court is promptly providing notice of such Rule 46 and an opportunity for comment.
